These terms govern your use of repattern.co and the tools offered on it. By using the site, you agree to them.

Repattern is not medical care
This is the most important term on this page. Repattern provides self-reflection and wellness tools. It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using it does not create a clinician–patient relationship.
Nothing on this site should be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here.

Who may use Repattern
Repattern is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children. By using the site, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old (and old enough to agree to these terms where you live). If you are under 18, please use Repattern with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
Using the site
You may use Repattern for your own personal, non-commercial reflection. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that breaks applicable law
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the site’s content at scale without permission
- Misrepresent the site’s content as clinical or professional guidance
Your content stays yours
Anything you write in the journal, dream interpreter, or other tools belongs to you. As described in our Privacy Policy, that content is stored in your own browser and is not transmitted to us, so we claim no rights over it and cannot access it.
You are responsible for keeping your own copies. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your entries, and we have no way to restore them.
Our content
The articles, design, text, and code on this site are owned by Repattern and protected by copyright. You may read and share links freely, and quote short excerpts with attribution, but you may not republish substantial portions without written permission.
Availability
Repattern is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repattern disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We make no promise that the practices offered here will produce any particular outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Repattern and its founder will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, including loss of data stored in your browser.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Third-party links
The site may link to external resources we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to hold Repattern and its founder harmless from claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms. This is a standard provision and is not intended to limit any rights you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
Termination
You can stop using Repattern at any time — there is no account to close, and clearing your browser data removes everything stored on your device. We may suspend or restrict access to the site, or to anyone who misuses it, at our discretion. The sections of these terms that by their nature should survive — such as content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — continue to apply after you stop using the site.
Governing law and disputes
Repattern is an independent project operated from the State of Florida, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you use the site from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with your own local laws.
If a concern arises, we would much rather resolve it directly and informally first — please reach out through the contact page before anything more formal. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way will be handled in the courts located in the State of Florida, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Severability and entire agreement
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Together with our Privacy Policy, these terms are the entire agreement between you and Repattern regarding your use of the site, and they supersede any earlier understanding. Our not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later.
