Email is the fastest way to reach us. Please include enough detail — the page or screen, what you expected, and what happened — so we can help without a round trip.

About your data and entries

Repattern needs no account, and your journal, breathing, and dream entries are stored only in your own browser — never uploaded to us. Because of that, support cannot recover entries lost when browser data is cleared, and there is no password or account for us to reset. It also means your writing stays genuinely private. Support hours and response times

Repattern is a small, independent project, so support is by email rather than a phone line. We aim to acknowledge messages within a few working days. There is no charge for support — the app is free, with no account and nothing to buy.

Not for emergencies

Support cannot provide medical, psychological, or crisis help, and we cannot respond quickly enough to be useful in an emergency. Repattern is a self-reflection tool, not a healthcare service. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services right away — in the US, call or text 988 to reach the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or call 911.
