Personalized meditation

Guided sessions that respond to your current state rather than a one-size-fits-all script. Personalized meditation is on the Repattern roadmap.

What it is

Most meditation apps hand everyone the same library and hope one of the tracks fits. Repattern’s approach starts from your state: what a session offers should depend on whether you are wired, flat, anxious, or just trying to wind down — because the practice that helps in each of those is different.

Personalized meditation is a roadmap feature, not a live tool yet. The section below describes the direction. What is available today is the breathing tool — a guided, expanding-circle exercise that regulates your nervous system in a few minutes, which is the most reliable entry point to everything meditation is meant to do.

How it works

01

Tuned to your state

The intent is sessions chosen from how you actually feel when you open the app, rather than a generic daily track that ignores whether you are calm or on edge.

02

Grounded in regulation

The foundation is nervous-system regulation — slow, guided breathing that brings you back to baseline. That is the mechanism most meditation shares, and it is live in the breathing tool today.

03

Short and repeatable

The aim is sessions short enough to actually do — a few minutes you can return to when you need them, not a twenty-minute commitment you skip.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use personalized meditation on Repattern now?

Not yet — it is on the roadmap and not built as a live feature. What is available today is the breathing tool, a short guided exercise that does the core regulating work meditation is built around.

What makes it “personalized”?

The plan is to match a session to your current state rather than serve the same track to everyone. A session for a wired, anxious evening should not be the same one you get on a calm morning.

What can I try today instead?

The breathing tool is live now. It runs a guided box-breathing session — four counts in, hold, out, hold — which settles the nervous system in a few minutes and is the most reliable place to start.

Try the breathing tool.

Personalized meditation is on the way. The breathing tool is live today and does the core regulating work — a guided session in under five minutes.
